Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only. The use of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. toto22 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where multi-accounting is detected, toto22 may void all associated wagers, forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings, and permanently close all related Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. toto22 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time at our discretion — toto22 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport. Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Failure or refusal to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
toto22 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — covering all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency assets (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which shall apply in addition to toto22's limits.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly. FPX and bank transfers typically take 5–15 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawal times are subject to network confirmation requirements.
All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign exchange conversion fees are charged by toto22 on standard fiat transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. toto22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be approved. toto22 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal above RM5,000.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits made available on toto22 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, together with these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type, as summarised below:
toto22 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements. This includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated betting systems, or exploiting promotional structures in bad faith.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds not utilised within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be automatically removed without further notice.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the toto22 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended and all funds withheld pending investigation:

In such cases, toto22 may withhold funds pending a full investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, toto22 may forfeit all funds held in the Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, any valid real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer-term self-exclusion through our Responsible Gambling tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from toto22.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.
toto22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, temporary outages may occur — particularly during periods of peak traffic such as major Liga Super Malaysia fixtures or EPL matchdays.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
toto22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. toto22 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international iGaming regulations and standards. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where applicable. toto22 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
